Terms and Conditions of Membership:
PLEASE NOTE! You will be required to sign a paper copy of this agreement at reception when you sign up to regular classes.
· I agree to abide by the code of conduct for parents and members issued in the welcome email dated .......................
. I agree that it is my responsibility to check for any emails sent via class4kids, any updates posted on social media or on the notice boards in the gym.
· I give permission for my child to participate in all activities at Twisters Gymnastics.
· I authorise the representatives of Twisters Gymnastics to provide any emergency medical services that may be required due to an injury during any gymnastics activity at Twisters Gymnastics.
· I will inform the admin team if my child should miss 3 weeks or more and understand that failing to do so could result in the loss of my child’s place.
· I understand and accept that no refund will be given for any reason of absence, class cancellation or termination of my child’s membership.
· Fees are paid monthly on 1st of each month. If payment has not been made BEFORE the second week your child/children could forfeit their place from his/her class.
· Twisters Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel any class at any time. We will endeavour to contact you before any class is cancelled. Make up classes will be offered at a time which best suits the club for any cancelled classes, refunds will not be issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY!
You can cancel your subscription at anytime although we have a 1 month written cancellation policy in place. This means in order to complete any cancellation we will need written confirmation via email to twistersgym@outlook.com before this can be processed.
You will need to do this before the 15th of the month to allow us enough time to process your request. If you cancel after the 15th of the month your next payment due on the 1st of the month will still run as normal, and your child will be able to use any classes covered by that payment in our Opengym Session.
We DO NOT offer refunds for subscription payments that have already run.
Our timetable will change to summer scheme during July and August. Your normal monthly payment will cover these sessions. These sessions are longer therefore better value for money. If you do not wish to avail of summer scheme classes you can pause your subscription, this can be done anytime before 15th July, please speak to a member of our admin team at reception.
